Your child should be cared for by their Doctor when possible.

**I do require ALL "school required" childhood vaccinations to be a member of this practice**
(This does NOT include COVID and FLU vaccines)

Well Checks

  • ​Yearly wellness checks + more check ins if desired

  • Childhood Vaccinations

  • Developmental and behavioral screenings

  • In Office anemia and lead screening 

  • In office cholesterol and diabetes screening

  • Counseling and Guidance (nutrition, development, sleep, behavior, parenting, and more)

  • Management of ADD, ADHD, depression and anxiety

 

Sick Visits

  • Same day or next day appointments as desired

  • Testing for acute illness: flu, strep, urine, mono, RSV, COVID

  • Breathing treatments for respiratory issues

  • Management of acute sprains and injuries

  • Management of minor lacerations with sutures or staples

Newborn-2 years ($160/month)

2 years and older  ($130/month)

​​One time enrollment $100 for 1 child and $150 for family with multiple children.

1st child at listed price for age, each additional child $100 regardless of age.
